Three arrested with leopard skin in joint operation by USTR and Odisha forest department

USTR deputy director Varun Jain reported the arrests of Kishore Mahanand, Karat Chhatriya, and Lakhi Majhi in Dhugiamuda village with a leopard skin. A joint team led by PCCF Sudhir Agrawal, CCF Vishvesh Kumar Jha, and DFO Aziz Khan acted on a tip about the leopard skin sale. The accused were charged under the Forest Act and presented in Sinapali court.
