Fort Plain man accused of having child sexual abuse images

A Fort Plain man was arrested and is accused of possessing child sexual abuse images. Devin Wagner, 19, was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.

FORT PLAIN, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Fort Plain man was arrested and is accused of possessing child sexual abuse images. Devin Wagner, 19, was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.

According to State Police, a search warrant was executed at Wagner's home in Fort Plain on Tuesday. An investigation found he possessed images consistent with child sexual exploitation.

Wagner was arrested and taken to Fonda State Police where he was processed. He was arraigned at the Minden Town Court and was remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility instead of $25,000 cash, $50,000 bond, or a $100,000 partially secured bond.
