Eunice Police investigating early morning shooting
A shooting early Thursday morning in Eunice has left a woman in the hospital with serious injuries.
EUNICE, La. (KLFY) – A shooting early Thursday morning in Eunice has left a woman in the hospital with serious injuries.
According to Eunice Police, officers responded to a 911 call around 5:30 a.m. Thursday morning in reference to a woman being shot on Gaspard Street. On arrival, officers found a woman with a gunshot wound near a ditch.
EMS arrived on scene and transported the victim to a hospital for treatment to serious injuries. The victim was conscious and talking prior to being transported. Eunice Police have one male suspect in custody at this time.
