PC gamers can grab an 83-rated game completely free but they have to hurry up

THE Steam Summer Sale will soon come to a close, but that doesn’t mean the great deals on gaming have to come to an end.

Epic Games Store offers a new free game every week that people can pick up with no strings attached.

Floppy Knights mixes turn-based strategy and deck building[/caption]

This week gamers can pick up Floppy Knights, which usually costs £15.49/$19.99.

Floppy Knights has an impressive 83 rating on review aggregate site Metacritic.

It’s a tactical deck-builder, where you go through dungeons and engage in turn-based strategic fights.

The blurb reads: “Hello there, humans. It is me, Carlton! Phoebe’s most trusted friend and super cool robot arm. 

“I am here to tell you just a little bit more about Phoebe and her latest invention: Floppy Knights!

“Who is Phoebe, you ask? She is a talented inventor with a mission: save up enough cash to finally move out of her parents’ place. 

“There are plenty of odd jobs all over town but only one Phoebe – and that is where the Floppy Knights come in!

“There are a bunch of Floppy Knights you can pick from to determine your own style. It will be up to you to mix and match snazzy card combos to make a winning strategy.”

Floppy Knights is available for free from now until Thursday, July 18, 2024, when it will be replaced by another free game.

You can download it from the game’s store page on the website or directly via the Epic Games Store Launcher.

The launcher is free to download and required if you want to play so it’s worth picking up in order to build up your library of free games.
