Discussion / Criteria for New Coach

We have the Doug McIntyre thread for news, but I thought it might be interesting to get a thread around people's criteria for the new coach as well as discussion of how individuals fit those.

Here's mine:

1. Some track record of success with taking a more talented team to the next level / performing as opposed to a coach outperforming with an untalented team defensively. I know there's folks very focused on an upset model but I do not think it is productive for our teams to focus...
