NYPD transit chief on recent subway stabbings

NEW YORK (PIX11) - Despite a recent drop in crime on the subway, many New Yorkers say they still don’t feel safe.

NYPD Transit Chief Michael Kemper joins PIX11 to give updates on two subway stabbings that occurred this week, the steps needed to be taken to make commuters feel safe, and the tragic passing of probationary NYPD Officer Edgar Orgonez.
