The available units, seven one-bedrooms and 10 studios, sit in a five-story walk-up on West 80th Street near Amsterdam Avenue.

The studios are between 240 and 343 square feet large, and the one-bedrooms range from 466 to 544 square feet.

The units cost $173,801 for a studio to $184,990 for a one-bedroom, and the monthly maintenance of the units is estimated to be around $1,000.

To apply for the studios, a household of one or two needs to make at least $73,319 per year but cannot make more than $130,440 for an individual applicant. For the one-bedroom, applicants need to make a combined $78,223 to apply and are capped at $149,160 per year for two people.

The apartments are air-conditioned with hard-wood floors and outdoor areas in the building.
