Luke Evans Lands Starring Role in New Series 'Criminal,' Will Share Screen With Emilia Clarke & More Stars

Luke Evans is set to share the screen with Game of Thrones alum Emilia Clarke and more stars in a new crime drama series from Prime Video.

The 45-year-old actor has reportedly lined up a starring role in Criminal, the project that is based on Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips‘ graphic novel series of the same name.

His character has even been revealed!

According to reporting by Deadline, Luke‘s character is Tracy Lawless, who “was pushed out of the outlaw life of his family (his father is the legendary Teeg Lawless and Ricky is his little brother) at the age of 18 when a judge gave him a choice of prison or the military.”

Tracy flourished with the “strict discipline of the military” and received training to become “an expert in covert operations and guerilla warfare.”

Emilia‘s involvement (and the character that she’ll play) was just announced earlier this week.

Other cast members include Charlie Hunnam, Gus Halper, Richard Jenkins, John Hawkes, Adria Arjona, Logan Browning, Kadeem Hardison, Pat Healy, Taylor Sele, Aliyah Camacho, Michael Mando, Marvin Jones III, Michael Xavier and Dominic Burgess.
