Once the reservation window opens, D23 attendees will be assigned a random place in line alongside everyone else in the online queue.

You will need your D23 Member account tied to your badge to sign into the reservation page.

D23 attendees will choose their event, panel, presentation and experience preferences for each of the three conference dates during the online registration period.

Reservations can be made in three categories: Stage Presentations, Talent Central and Show Floor Experiences. Attendees can make and rank up to four choices in each category — and the more choices you make, the better your chances of landing at least one reservation in each category. You can bring up to 7 guests to each event — and guests can’t be added during the convention.

Reservations are not not first come, first served — so it doesn’t matter when you submit your preferences. Attendees have until July 19 to finalize their selections and can modify their choices as often as they want.

D23 reservations will be randomly distributed based on preferences and availability on Aug. 2-5 via email. Standby queues will be available for D23 fans who miss out on reservations.

There are no reservations for the larger nighttime showcases taking place at the Honda Center that require a separate ticket.
