Anna shared the incredible finds on Facebook after hitting the jackpot at the Barnsley store.

She wrote: “Silentnight bedding reduced to clear in Tesco.

“This was Tesco Barnsley, may not be all stores.”

Anna explained that single duvet covers – usually retailing for £24 – had been reduced to £6, while the double covers went from £28 to only £7.

Meanwhile, the usually-priced £10 fitted sheets were now scanning for as little as £2.50.

The double ones dropped from £12 to £3 in another major bargain.

Shoppers went wild with the bargain find and left hundreds of comments under Anna’s post.

One person said: “I never find these bargains.”

Another added: “I need to go.”

A third chimed: “Tesco trip?”

While a not-so-lucky shopper wrote: “Shame my bed is kingsize grr.”

Silentnight Tesco bedsheets are high-quality bedding options known for their comfort and durability.

They are made from soft, breathable materials, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

Available in various colours and sizes, these sheets are easy to care for and maintain.

When finding deals online, such as on social media groups like the Extreme Couponing one, you should be aware that the deals might not apply to all branches.

Usually, individual stores tend to reduce items like this when they want to clear excess stock – and this means you need to be quick in spotting and bagging the deal.

It is always worth calling your local store before you visit it to ensure the deal is available there and avoid being disappointed.

It comes after shoppers were scrambling to get to their nearest Asda store, desperate to nab bedding that’s been majorly reduced.

So if you’ve had the same bedding for years and fancy a change, but don’t have loads of spare cash to splash, then you’ve come to the right place.

One savvy shopper, Claire Kirkwood, was left stunned when shopping in her local Asda, when she spotted that a large selection of bedding sets had been slashed.

Not only had they been reduced, but they were majorly cut-price, with prices starting from just 90p.

Posting on social media, on Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, a private group with a staggering 2.3 million members, Claire shared snaps of the cheap buys, leaving many totally stunned.

Alongside the pictures of her finds, Claire shared: “Bargain bedding at Asda.”

Claire spotted a beautiful floral bedding set with two pillowcases, for a double bed, for just £1.10.

She also found an eye-catching khaki bedding set, for a single bed, which comes with one pillowcase, which had been reduced to just 90p.

There was even a funky printed set, which was just 90p for a single and £1.10 for a double.

The Asda shopper later confirmed that she spotted the bargain buys in a Asda store on Newgate Lane.

How to save money on summer essentials

SUNNIER days and warmer weather will leave many of us wanting to kit out gardens and outdoor areas.

Sun Savers Editor Lana Clements explains how to get a great deal on summer essentials…

It pays to know how to bag big savings on the likes of hot tubs paddling pools, egg chairs and outside bars.

Many retailers have flash sales across entire ranges – often this ties into payday at the end of the month or Bank Holiday weekends.

Sign up to the mailing lists of your favourite brands and you’ll be first to know of special offers. It can be worth following retailers on social media too.

Keep a close eye on the specialbuys at Aldi and middle of Lidl drops which drop a couple of times a week and usually mean great value seasonal items such as beach gear and paddling pools.

If you are not in a hurry to buy an item, try adding it to the shopping cart and leaving it for a couple of days.

Sometimes big brands will try to tempt you into the sale by offering you a discount.

Always check if you can get cashback before paying. It’s especially worth using sites such as Topcashback, Quidco and app Jamdoughnut when buying bigger ticket items such as garden furniture as you’ll get a nice kickback.
