Fashion fans are scrambling to check out the latest Primark buys – a nightwear range based on the fictional character Miffy.

The classic children’s character, a sweet and timeless bunny designed by Dutch artist Dick Bruna, first appeared in 1955.

Since then, Miffy has featured in more than 30 books, and in 1984, the character appeared in her first TV show.

Now, fans of the super-cute character can go to bed feeling nostalgic, in Primark’s adorable collection of sleepwear.

Primark recently took to social media, to give shoppers a close-up look at the new buys, leaving many open-mouthed.

The clip was posted with the caption ‘Don’t run, hop to Primark for these Miffy PJs’, and fashion fans were beaming at the affordable fashion.

Whether you prefer to sleep in long trousers or shorts, there’s sure to be something that’s perfect for you.

If you want something super cosy, there’s a Miffy long sleeved pyjamas top for £14.

To go alongside this, there’s Green Miffy pyjamas bottoms, which are £16.

But if you want nightwear that’s a bit more summery, there’s also a pair of Miffy pyjama leggings for £10, which look great paired with the matching crew neck nightshirt, also just £10.

If an oversized tee is more your thing, there’s a cute large nightshirt, for just £12.

If that wasn’t enough, Miffy fans can also get their hands on a Miffy cropped t-shirt and shorts set, for £11.

Fabulous' Deputy Fashion Editor on why Primark PJs are so popular

ABBY McHale reveals why Primark is renowned for its nightwear section.

Taking over large sections of the stores it has everything from trend led satin styles, to fluffy Disney PJ’s and everything in between.

Plus it means you can head to bed looking and feeling good without having to break the bank.

It’s also a great place to bag yourself a pyjama dupe.

Last year Primark had a great version of the Skims pyjamas and its latest dupe is that from Victoria’s Secret.

The pink striped pyjamas are a great match for that of the American lingerie brand, I even have a pair myself.

They’re lightweight, super comfortable and only a fraction of the price – what’s not to love.

There’s even adorable Miffy accessories too, including a set of socks, a purse for £5 and tote and shopper bags, ranging from £2.50 to £3.

The official @primark TikTok clip, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 97,200 views.

Why is Primark the place to go to for bargains?

JUST how does Primark do it? Continue delivering on-trend items at such incredible prices? According to bosses, it's down to four points.

  • They “sell a lot of items” – Thanks to that, they are able to make savings by buying in bulk for their 191 UK stores
  • They “do very little advertising”
  • While their clothes offer the “latest trends”, they “don’t use expensive hangers, tags or labels”.
  • And lastly, they try to be “as efficient as possible when transporting products from factories to stores”. This includes things like asking “suppliers to pack our t-shirts so they are ready to go straight on shelf”.

Fashion fans were stunned by the new Miffy range and many took to the comments to express this.

Not only did many express that they “needed” to nab the cheap buys, but others confessed that they were “running” to their nearest store

One person said: “I need.”

Another added: “Omg I’m running.”

A third commented: “I need everything.”
