Aircraft carrying 59 people skids off runway in Nepal; No injuries: media report

A Buddha Air flight with 59 people aboard skidded off the runway while landing in Lumbini province, Nepal. No injuries were reported. Flight no. 805 got stuck in mud at Gautam Buddha Airport while landing. Everyone was safely evacuated, and the airport is closed with the plane on the runway, according to Rupandehi District Police Spokesperson Manohar Prasad Bhatta via The Kathmandu Post.
