Jason looked stylish as he walked around Hale Village in a white shirt, brown jacket and matching trousers.

The singer completed the look with a pair of boots and aviator sunglasses.

The star was also spotted getting out of his gold classic Mercedes-Benz during the trip.

Jason has kept a low profile since quitting Take That 10 years ago after 20 years with the gang.

He shot to fame as part of the original line-up of the group alongside Gary BarlowHoward DonaldRobbie Williams, and Mark Owen.

Fans were gutted when Robbie left the group in 1995, and a year later the band went their separate ways.

But then they decided to reunite without Robbie in 2005.

At the time of his departure in 2014, Jason said: “I want to start by saying how proud I am of what we have achieved together over the years.

“I have spent some of the best years of my life with Take That and I’d like to thank everyone who has been a part of my journey, including my band mates, who I feel are like brothers to me.”

Back in 2023, Mark mentioned Jason in an interview with The Times.

He said: “I think Jason felt like he didn’t want to do it any more. But I’m not going to speak for him. He’s still here anyway.

“The other day we were trying to work out who the best joke-teller in the band is and remembered how Jason always laughed before he got to the punchline.”

Robbie reunited with the band for a special lockdown performance back in 2020, however Jason wasn’t part of it.

Speaking about Jason in an interview with Metro, Gary said: “We hear from Jason now and again.

“Then when you reply the email doesn’t work. It’s bigger than we all know. Him cutting himself off from a life he just didn’t want any more.

“If you were 20 you would open the discussion up, but he is a grown man. You have to respect the fact he doesn’t want to do this. It was hard for us to watch him go.

“It’s nice as three, but the ultimate is a five. He didn’t want creative involvement because we’re day-to-day on this and he wanted to leave.

“This has been weird with the whole Jason thing. He’d told us for a while, ‘I don’t want to be in music any more, I don’t want to do this any more’, and we’d push, push, push.

“At the end of the day you’ve got to accept someone doesn’t want to do what you’re doing any more.

“He wanted to go off, live his life, and good luck to him if that’s what he wants to do.

“He’s spent a big part of his life being in the band, but he doesn’t want to do it any more, it’s that simple.”
