Another fantastic event on and off the golf course for our Captain’s Charity Event on 11th July.

With help from Seniors Club Captain Cis, and Men’s Captain, Richard, the day was a huge success with £1600 being raised for Oakleaf Charity.

The last shot of the day for Ian Owen was a very memorable one – playing the 6th hole, as his group started on the 7th, produced a HOLE IN ONE! His generosity behind the bar meant everyone could revel in his joy.

His team, hosted by Brian Harcombe, went on to win the whole event with 95 points! A truly magical day.
