England’s heroes will earn staggering record bonus if they win Euro 2024 with one star in line for huge £4m windfall
ENGLAND stars will earn a staggering bonus of £14million if they win Euro 2024 on Sunday.
The Three Lions face Spain in a blockbuster final showdown.
After suffering defeat on penalties to Italy in the final last time, Gareth Southgate‘s side will be hoping to go one better in Berlin.
And on top of Euros glory, the Three Lions stars are also in for a nice bonus if they are able to bring home the trophy.
That is because if they go on to lift the trophy, the squad has negotiated a bumper share of the £24million the FA will receive.
Players including captain Harry Kane and superstar Jude Bellingham will share a pot adding up to £9.6m.
However, boss Southgate is in for the biggest windfall of all.
The 53-year-old will receive a cool £4m bonus, while assistant Steve Holland has also been promised a tidy sum.
This £14m total pot is a new record up from the 2022 World Cup, when stars were in line to make £13m.
Sponsorship consultant Nigel Currie said Kane and co would rake in millions more in big money deals for the rest of their careers.

Overall, England have won 14, drawn three and lost 10 matches against Spain.
He said: “Of course, the players love playing for their country but football is huge business and they would fully deserve their bonuses.
“Sponsorships and endorsements will go through the roof.
“Their transfer value will increase and they will have life-long fame.
“Unlike the class of 1966 their fame and rewards for winning will begin from day one and continue for many years to come.”
Meanwhile, Spain stars will earn over £300,000 each if they clinch the title.
Manchester City star Rodri and ex-Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata, now La Roja’s captain, led the discussions with RFEF bosses before the tournament.
Every member of Spain‘s 26-man squad, plus coach De La Fuente, will pocket a €364,516 [£306,646] bonus if they can see off the Three Lions.
It would be the biggest payout in the national team’s history.
The RFEF is due to receive €28.5m from UEFA if Spain wins the tournament.
A quartet of senior players brokered a deal whereby the squad would receive 40 per cent of that amount – €11.3m.
That sum would be divided into 31 parts, with coaches and backroom staff splitting the remaining four shares after the players and De La Fuente have claimed their rewards.

AFTER what has been a tough tournament of times, what an opportunity Gareth Southgate and his team will have to end in the best possible way, writes Jack Wilshere.
We might like a team that played better football. But it’s a results business.
Germany, Italy, France, Portugal and of course Holland would love to be where we are.
People will say we’re lucky because we’re on this side of the draw.
But we won the group. France didn’t and then ran into Spain.
You can say it wasn’t that pretty, but we’re there.
Gareth and his coaches won’t have been happy with some of the performances.
But I did like the way Gareth and his team have dealt with it.
There was no panic coming out of the camp.
Everyone gave the same message: ‘We know we can better, but we’re here still.’
And on Sunday they will be in Berlin to play Spain.
They will probably have to produce two halves of football as good as the first against Holland to beat them.
We have improved as the tournament has gone on and that is how you win things.
You want to peak in the final.
If Gareth can lead England to that major trophy we’ve all been waiting for, it will be the perfect answer to the critics and a brilliant day for us all.
