Assuming the weather stays dry, Inner Ring will be on track bikes.

If you don’t have a track bike and want to join in the track session, just turn up as normal at 8.45am with your regular bike and the coaches will sort out the track group at the start of the session. We do need to keep track and road bike groups separate for safety reasons so there won’t be a mass race at the end.

If you need to borrow a bike, then the loan track bikes will be setup with flat pedals and toe clips with straps, no pedal changes will be allowed so please bring trainers along if you use clipless pedals on your road bike.
