Serena Williams Calls Out Harrison Butker at ESPYs 2024 as He Sat in The Audience

Serena Williams is putting Harrison Butker on blast.

If you forgot, the 28-year-old Kansas City Chiefs kicker gave a controversial graduation speech back in May in which he took aim at a variety of topics, including women, the LGBTQ+ community, abortion rights and more.

While hosting the 2024 ESPY Awards on Thursday night (July 11), Serena, 42, took a jab at Harrison, who was sitting in the audience.

“So, go ahead and enjoy women’s sports like you would any other sports—because they are sports,” Venus, 44, said.

“Except you, Harrison Butker,” Serena chimed in. “We don’t need you.”

Venus then snapped her fingers in approval as Quinta, 34, added, “At all. Like, ever.”

Despite being in the audience of the awards show, the cameras did not capture Harrison‘s reaction.

Just recently, Harrison‘s teammate Travis Kelce reacted to his controversial comments.
