Adding to the tension, Gemma revealed to a caller on her show last night that their daughter Mia has already picked sides for the England Vs Spain game.

Gemma said: “I’m ashamed to say she’s chosen Spain.

“She’s already said to me ‘you know I’m supporting Spain Mummy on Sunday with Papa?’ and I said ‘No! You support England, you’re in England!’

“And she replied ‘I’m half Spanish and it’s warmer there’ so that was her reasoning why. She has a point, doesn’t she?!”

But Gemma already has a plan, as she told her listeners: “I’ve ordered myself and Thiago, England shirts so I’ve got him on my side.”

The radio star also revealed that Gorka was going to go to Berlin for the game, but last minute decided to stay home because it’s an England game.

“When I said why, he said, ‘so I can rub it in your face when we win!’ I said ‘you’re not going to win! You will lose my friend’,” Gemma replied.

It comes days after Gemma confirmed the loss of the family’s beloved dog, Norman.

Taking to Instagram, she shared a sweet clip of him from over the years that featured the whole family.

Alongside the moving post, she wrote: “My beautiful boy Norman has passed away. My heart is broken.”

Gemma’s post was met with an outpouring of comments, with Strictly star Amy Dowden commenting that she was “sending so much love.”
