Flooding situation largely behavioural – Hydrological Authority

Ghana Hydrological Authority (GHA) has warned against the indiscriminate disposal of waste, which clogs drains during downpours resulting in floods. According to the authority, the government 39;s efforts to dredge, widen, and construct drains to curb flooding will be futile if citizens do not change their behaviours.
