Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck took a big step to move on from the marital home that they bought just over a year ago amid rumors about their relationship.

The 54-year-old entertainer and the 51-year-old actor publicly listed the home, which is located in Beverly Hills, Calif. The listing revealed details about the property, including its asking price.

According to the listing, Jennifer and Ben are looking for $68 million. They purchased the home after an extended house hunt for just over $60 million last year.

The 38,000 square foot home has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms and was built in 2000. It was “renovated with the highest level of quality within the last 4 months.” There’s also a 12-car garage, detached guesthouse, pool and “an extraordinary indoor sports complex.”

Reports first suggested that the couple was looking to sell the home last month. Based on the asking price, it appears that they might sell the home at a loss.
