RAFFLE DRAW AT EXE REGATTA PRIZE GIVING- VOLUNTEER - by: Robin Charles
Sam from Exe Sails and Covers has donated a set of very valuable prizes for the Regatta Draw after the prize-giving.
I have a book of tickets. You have to be there to win, so the plan is to give tickets out to attendees (including all the helpers - rescue crews, galley , committee- boat teams etc), then run the raffle in the normal way. I need a volunteer or two please to give out the tickets and fold the stubs. I need to get my head around the prize-giving; I am the Regatta Chair across the clubs this year.
