Crash near Exit 23 on the Thruway results in lane closure
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A crash near Exit 23 on I-87 resulted in a northbound lane closure on Friday afternoon. Traffic was reportedly stop and go between Exits 22 and 23 for over an hour.
The left lane was reopened by 4 p.m. Residual delays may persist while traffic returns to normal pace.
