Jessica Biel Gets Sporty in Sneakers on ‘The Better Sister’ Set in New York City

The actress has been filming since last month.

Jessica Biel got sporty in casual sneakers while on the set of her upcoming television series “The Better Sister” in New York City.

“The Better Sister” is an upcoming American thriller television series directed by Craig Gillespie, which will star Biel alongside Elizabeth Banks. It is an adaptation of the 2019 novel of the same name by Alafair Burke. 

The actress has been frequently spotted around the city for filming, and this go-round she opted for a casual pair of white sneakers for Friday’s filming session, which included a breathable upper and a rubber outsole made in a tan color.

The all-white design was further emphasized by matching all-white laces, with the actress choosing a striped slightly oversized blue and white ensemble to go along with the comfy theme of the shoes. Underneath her loose long sleeve top was a fitted white t-shirt. Biel completed her look with a pair of shades.

Sneakers are starting to become more of a trend amongst celebrities both professionally and personally, with Biel herself making a departure from her regular stilettos and pumps for cozier options such as flats, boots and sneakers while shooting.

She was also captured earlier this month in New York City in a pair of sleek boots that were constructed in a smooth design and characterized by its sharp triangular toe box. Emphasized by its scrunchy design, the silhouette stopped just below her knee, and matched her monochromatic dark blue ensemble which consisted of a dark navy blue belted dress emphasized by its buttons and slit in the front.

Those matched a similar pair during the Louis Vuitton spring 2023 menswear fashion show during Paris Fashion Week in June 2022, where she fashioned a pair of Louis Vuitton ankle boots that include a slick leather construction, off-black laces and a chunky heel that measured between 3-to-4 inches.
