She revealed that she buys the miraculous tea in bulk and uses a special method to make it.

She uses a “heaping tablespoon per cup of cold or hot water,” when drinking the tea.

“Cold water let steep for at least 12 hours in the fridge (I make it by the 1/2 gallon) and strain it out,” she said.
“Hot water let it sit until lukewarm or you can put it in the fridge and steep it overnight like with cold water.”

The woman replied to a commenter suggesting that the tea may also help to slow the signs of aging on the skin.
“I found an overall reduction in redness, but nettles are also full of the nutrients that help repair sun damage,” she said.
