Pagasa: Cloudy skies, rain possible nationwide

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said many parts of the country will experience overcast skies and rain showers on Saturday due to the southwest monsoon. Pagasa weather specialist Grace Castañeda said in an early morning public forecast that the southwest monsoon, locally called amihan, will affect the southern portion
