Munnar town to look back in time as July 15 marks 100 years of the ‘Great Flood’
The deluge in 1924 that lasted just three days threatened to wipe out the Munnar town. The town’s residents are planning a to observe the centenary of the catastrophe on July 17, 18, and 19. A 100 lamps will be lit and exhibitions and seminars will be organised
