Topless Jack Grealish looks ripped as Man City trains alone in Portugal on eve of England’s Euro 2024 final
JACK GREALISH has been training alone to work on his fitness, just hours before England take on Spain in the Euro 2024 final.
The Manchester City star underwent some intense training in Portugal ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
Grealish has had the summer off after he heartbreakingly missed out on a spot in Gareth Southgate’s England squad in Germany for the Euros.
The former Aston Villa man was unable to make the final 26-man squad after training with the provisional 33-strong side prior to the tournament.
However, Grealish will be right behind his teammates when they take to the pitch in Berlin tomorrow.
The 28-year-old is ensuring he is in his best shape ahead of the new campaign for Man City, having struggled to reach his own high standards last term.
Despite lifting the Premier League trophy, Grealish struggled with injury and form last term – making only 10 league starts for Pep Guardiola‘s side.
And the superstar winger is making sure that he is in tip top shape for the coming campaign, showing off his ripped physique in the 26 degree heat in Portugal.
Despite the disappointment of missing out on a place in Southgate’s squad this summer, it has brought some positives with it.
As well as allowing Grealish to have a recharging break and focus on his fitness, the 36-time England international has also been able to spend some more time with pregnant partner Sasha Attwood.

The happy couple took to social media to announce the exciting news of their pregnancy last Sunday with a heartwarming post.
Alongside a picture of Sasha’s baby bump, a post read: “Half of me, half of you – beyond blessed.”
While Grealish added: “Life’s biggest blessing”.
Grealish and Sasha are childhood sweethearts and began dating when they were just teenagers at school together in Solihull.
Without Grealish in the squad, Gareth Southgate has had rely on other stars to help his team force their way through to the final.
And the England boss is expected to field the same starting 11 as his semi-final success tomorrow.
The nation waits with bated breath to see if the Three Lions can get over the line in a major tournament for the first time since 1966.
But they will leave Germany as record-breakers no matter what as they became the first men’s England team to reach a major final on foreign soil.
