Lawyer for 'Rust' armorer will seek to have her case dismissed after Alec Baldwin trial falls apart

An attorney for Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer on the set of the film “Rust,” says he plans to file a motion early next week to have her case dismissed, citing misconduct by the prosecution that prompted the judge in the trial of Alec Baldwin to toss out his case.
