The fashion formula the England WAGs are using & how anyone can copy it for £2 ahead of Sunday’s Euros final

THE lads have made it to the EUROs final and we couldn’t be prouder – and neither could their ever supportive WAGs.

The England players’ partners have been pitch-side for every game willing the squad on and they’ve kept their style standards as high as their attendance.

And while we all reflect on the WAG class of ‘06 and scoff at Victoria Beckham’s bulldog vest and hot pants, and Cheryl’s Ed Hardy inspired embellished tank and baker boy cap, similar style rules still apply today.

Okay, it wasn’t quite the same but the likes of Bukayo Saka’s girlfriend Tolami Benson and Meghan Pickford, wife of goalie Jordan, have followed in Posh’s and co’s iconic footsteps.

Think patriotic, think blow-dries and oversized sunglasses.

Their looks are more modern and have drawn inspiration from the original Euro WAGs

And whilst we’re not telling you to rush to Primark for a rhinestone England vest, you can get this year’s wives and girlfriends looks from just £2.

Here, Fabulous’ fashion editor Clemmie Fieldsend reveals what you’ll need to channel your inner WAG this Sunday.

For most of us, the sunny weather has returned just in time to settle into a beer garden and watch England v Spain clash on outdoor screens – and you’ll be needing some sunnies to get the best view if the sun bursts through.

WAGs like Dani Dyer and Anouska Santos have looked to designer brands for oversized shades but you can get the look for less with this pair from Primark.

Red nails

If you’re not able to get your mitts on a pricey football shirt or any other England paraphernalia, even a small nod to the squad’s colours shows support.

Model Aine May Kennedy, girlfriend to Conor Gallagher,  hit the stadium stands this month in a stunning drop waist dress but added a pop of red on her nails.

You can do the same with this ‘Red Passion’ (how apt) from Boots.

Chunky watch

Extra time, penalty time – whatever happens on Sunday you can keep an eye on the clock with a chunky watch.

While the WAGs may be sitting in the stand wearing watches worth more than most people’s cars, it’s easy to get the look for less with high street dupes

This Sekonda gold watch looks just like a Rolex, just £13,000 less.

Big, bouncy blowdries are a must for this years WAGs[/caption]

Taking inspiration from the ‘06 WAGs, this year’s cohort have been polished and blow dried to big and bouncy perfection.

Each one of the loyal supporters from Katie Goodland to goal hero Ollie Watkins other half, Ellie Alderson, have arrived with coiffed hair.

Keep your hair looking WAG worthy this Sunday with Velcro rollers, an oldie but a goodie.

Give the ‘Tolami Tuck’ a try which will elevate any official England shirt[/caption]

Just slipping on England’s strip isn’t good enough, your look needs to be elevated.

Where the 2006 WAGs ditched them and had their own figure sculpting tees and tanks, this year the women are supporting their men with their kit but giving it their own stylish spin.

Tolami Benson has been the trailblazer this year cinching it in at her waist and tucking it in at the back.

Otherwise known as the ‘Tolami Tuck’.

Official England shirts are like gold dust but if you can get your hands on your partner’s old shirt it’ll do the job.

And if they won’t give it up for you to wear then George at Asda have a whole range of England inspired pieces, like this simple Tee.

The women are rocking up with every kind of designer bag from Fendi to Chanel, similar to how Victoria Beckham carried her giant white Hermes Birkin bag to games.

But, if like us, that’s not on your shopping list weekend then fear not.
As we all know the high street is full of designer dupes, and this bag is big enough to hold your keys, phone, card and flag.

Plus, it’s only £39.50 from Marks & Spencer, and comes in cream, black, orange and green.
