Mia Goth fans only just finding out her real name as new film has viewers ‘cowering in terror’ with grisly torture scene
FANS of actress Mia Goth have been left stunned to discover her real name as she causes a stir in her latest new grisly movie.
The 30-year-old star is currently appearing in current horror hit MaXXXine, a 1980s-inspired slasher film that has left viewers shaking in fear.
Mia, who is married to actor Shia LaBeouf, reprises her role of Maxine Minx from the horror movie franchise X for the brand new movie.
The gruesome scenes in the flick have already courted controversy and got viewers talking but so has another point, which fans have begun to discover online.
Many have been left gobsmacked to discover Mia’s full-length name.
Having always been known as Mia Goth, the revelation that she has a much more peculiar name has left fans in disbelief.
In actual fact, the star’s full name is Mia Gypsy Mello da Silva Goth.
Reacting in surprise, one fan quipped of her full name: “Okay that’s incredible.”
Before another added: “That’s lowkey insanee damnnnnn.”
Whilst a third said: “Her real name goes hard.”
Her latest movie, MaXXXine, has some eyebrow-raising scenes from early on.
In one of them, Mia’s character Maxine offers up a brutal attack with no details spared.
In the scene, her character can be seen being followed down a dark and grungy alleyway by a mystery knife-wielding street performer.
Realising that she is not alone, Maxine turns on the street performer and holds out a gun while demanding they strip off to be fully naked.
Maxine brutally orders him to lay on the ground and spread his legs before she shockingly kicks him in his privates at full force using her stilletto heel.
Having watched the scene, fans were quick to admit it left them wincing at the thought.
Writing online, one shocked movie viewer said: “There is a scene early in #Maxxxine that made EVERY SINGLE PERSON in the theatre make some kind of shocked noise lol.”
Another went on to say: “The alley scene in MaXXXine made my dad wince out in pain.”
A third penned: ‘I really hated this movie but the way my theatre collectively gasped at this scene was unlike anything I’ve seen.”
Mia has earned herself a reputation for being a Scream Queen thanks to racking up countless credits in major horror movies.
