Funds allocated, plan ready a year ago, but work on roads yet to start

Sector 45 roads in Gurgaon are in poor condition. Despite a ₹1.4 crore MCG estimate, no recarpeting work has begun, worsening during monsoons with accidents, vehicle damage, and traffic congestion. Residents' complaints to urban local bodies minister Subhash Sudha were unanswered. MCG engineer Harish Kumar discussed ongoing tender allotment for 18-metre, 10-metre, and 12-metre roads.
