An Albany man pleaded guilty in a gun case just before the trial was set to start, according to the Albany County District Attorney's Office.
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An Albany man pleaded guilty in a gun case just before the trial was set to start, according to the Albany County District Attorney's Office. Myaire Leigh, 27, will be sentenced on September 6.
Charges
- Second-degree criminal possession of a weapon
- Third-degree intimidating of a witness
Leigh's indictment alleged that he had a loaded and operable gun in the area of Clinton Avenue and Quail Street in Albany. He is also accused of compelling, or attempting to compel, a person to withhold information they had about the crime.
