Saffron wrote: “Well I don’t know really where to begin because I could go on and on and on firstly I love you all the world and I was so proud that you was ours.

“A strong, loyal, kind, funny, mischievous proud women who is an amazing Mother, Partner and Nan.

“I’ve been thinking over the last few weeks and looking at photos I’ve realised I’m a reflection of you and that makes me smile.

“The weekly blow dry, makeup, sparkles, endless clothes, a trip to a market to buy everything and more that I don’t need.

“Nan thank you for everything you’ve done for me, you was my go to girl through a lot of things growing up I’d pop up to yours and be with you a week later oh we loved a gossip and telling a story with every fine detail until we went to bed with a Robinsons juice and a strawberry trifle lol.

“There’s so much to say and that time will come none of us was ready for this when we went the hospital together and the chats we had I will cherish that Sunday afternoon together forever even if it wasn’t how it should of been it was time something that we can’t get back.

“I kept my promise to you and Grandad and went to work the hardest ten days of my life and two days in you decided it was time to rest.

“Nan you have been an amazing mum to Dad a bond like no other and we will continue to be there for him and for Grandad you both reunited in life and that’s something special, Grandad thank you for everything you did along the way she loves you dearly.

“Nan I’ve cried so many tears we all have I imagine your looking down glam on, saying get yourselves together it’s time to face the music, I hope your back laughing, dancing with your Mum & siblings.

“I love you always & forever until we meet again and I will continue to make you proud.”

Saffron then paid tribute to her Towie co-stars, adding: “I’d just like to say thank you to my best friends for being on the end of the phone & my Towie family for the chats, cuddles, kisses and supporting me whilst being away.”

She then ended the emotional message, with “P.S Nan it didn’t come home!”
