Heavily-bandaged Trump arrives at RNC — amid cheers of 'fight, fight, fight!'

A bandaged former President Donald Trump made a surprise appearance at the Republican National Convention Monday, his first appearance since a gunman tried to assassinate him at a rally in Pennsylvania.

Wearing a heavy white bandage over his right ear, Trump took walked into the arean in Milwaukee as his children Donald Trump Jr., Eric and Tiffany looked on, along with newly minted vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance and House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA).

A tearful Donald Trump Jr. applauded along with the crowd as "God Bless the USA" played in the background. Video appeared to show Trump grimacing in pain as he sat next to Vance.

The crowd of MAGA supporters chanted "Fight, fight, fight!" and "We love Trump!"
