Indian Oil Corp (IOC) received only two bids for its green hydrogen plant project at the Panipat refinery in Haryana, indicating a lack of broad interest from major players despite initial engagement. One bid came from GH4India, a consortium involving IOC, ReNew, and Larsen & Toubro, while the other bid was from Neometrix Engineering.
