Shannen Doherty Agreed to Settle Divorce from Ex-Husband Kurt Iswarienko One Day Before Her Death

Shannen Doherty agreed to finalize her divorce from ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko just one day before her death.

Following news that the 53-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 actress lost her battle with cancer on Saturday (July 13), it was been revealed that she signed documents to settle her divorce on Friday, July 12.

Keep reading to find out more…According to court documents obtained by People, Shannen signed a filing to waive spousal support just one day before her death. She also agreed to a “default or uncontested dissolution” of their marriage, indicating that she and Kurt had mutually finalized their divorce proceedings outside of court.

“The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court,” the court documents read.

Kurt signed the documents the day after Shannen on Saturday, July 13, which was also the same day that Shannen died.

Shannen and Kurt married in October 2011 and she filed for divorce in April 2023 after 11 years of marriage. Months later, Shannen revealed that she found out Kurt had cheated on her shortly before she went into surgery for a brain tumor.

As of right now, Kurt has not publicly addressed Shannen‘s passing, however, several of her famous friends and past co-stars have paid tribute to the late actress.
