Major redevelopment at Quarry Bank nears completion

A major redevelopment of a rundown commercial premises in Quarry Bank, has neared completion with the arrival of global car hire brand Enterprise Mobility.

The former derelict site, on Thorns Road, was purchased by Cradley Heath property developers Stewardson Developments in 2022.
