Top EU Officials To Boycott Meetings Held By Hungary, Says Spokesman
European commissioners will boycott informal meetings held by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, and instead will be represented by lower-level bureaucrats for the duration of Budapest's EU presidency, the Commission has announced.
