With an impressive culinary career spanning over 28 years, Swamy brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and a passion for food that promises to elevate the dining experience for hotel guests.

Born in India and a graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management Bangalore in 1995, Swamy began his career at the Krishna Oberoi Hotel in Hyderabad. He joined Marriott International in 2006, and gained a worldwide perspective leading properties in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia, Guyana. In his new role at Sheraton New Orleans, he will bring his unmatched expertise to oversee all culinary operations, including the hotel’s diverse dining outlets and catering services.

The rich aromas, vibrant spices, and diverse flavors shaped my culinary perspective,” Swamy said. “Coming to New Orleans, I feel a deep connection to its own rich food culture.
