Pokimane is selling a private gaming session but it’ll cost you $500k

Well, now you can, but it’ll cost you more than a few quid.

The world-famous Twitch streamer with more than 9million followers on the service is auctioning off a gaming session with her in the name of charity.

She’s best known for playing Valorant and Fortnite, though the item doesn’t specify which games you can play with her.

A number of gaming streamers are taking part in the auction, which is raising money for the Immune Deficiency Foundation, but Pokimane’s time has the highest bids right now.

The top bid is currently $500k (£400k) for a gaming session, though a number of others have bid in excess of $100k (£80k).

We reached out to the current top bidder at the time of writing via Twitter, where they told us their plans should they win.

They claim that a number of companies have reached out for sponsorship deals should they win the bid, meaning that they would make some of the money back on their $500k investment.

They say they plan to create content from the gaming session, which would also help recoup some of the cash.

Even if this is the case, they will still have to pay the $500k up front, making it a particularly large investment.

Other items available in the auction include a hangout session with Ironmouse and Connor, and JaidenAnimations’ 10million subscriber diamond play button.

While these items have bidders in the tens of thousands, nothing comes close to Pokimane’s play session.

More items are being added to the charity auction periodically, but they aren’t cheap.
