Lip-readers think Jaylen Brown and Kysre Gondrezick were criticizing Bronny James
"I don't think Bronny is a pro."
Jaylen Brown and Kysre Gondrezick — who appear to be dating — were in attendance at the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers Summer League game, and lip-readers think they had a conversation about Bronny James.
Of course, those lip-readers could be wrong about what was being said. But it sure seems like they were talking about Bronny and how Brown said “I don’t think Bronny is a pro.”
When Gondrezick said she thinks James will start in the G-League, Brown might have said something about how he’ll be with the Lakers “because of his name.”
For what it’s worth, Brown posted on X (formerly Twitter) and took the high road:
