Complaints department launched at Paralimni-Deryneia municipality

A citizen complaints department has opened at the Municipality of Paralimni-Deryneia, it announced on Tuesday.

The new service, which will receive complaints and requests from residents, was created to maximise the “efficiency of the municipal services.”

It had promised to provide “the best and fastest service to the citizen” as well as save time for the municipality. 

The department will respond to complaints about issues including cleanliness, pavements, roads, greenery and stray animals. It will not, however, handle complaints concerning infrastructure or building permits.
