Adele Confirms No Plans for New Music, Reveals What She Plans on Doing Next

Don’t expect new music from Adele once she finishes up her Las Vegas residency.

Weekends With Adele is set to wrap this fall, and many hoped that the 36-year-old artist would then have more time to work on another album.

However, she’s dashing all hopes that new music is coming anytime soon

Adele said in an interview with German station ZDF, “I don’t have any plans for new music, at all. I want a big break after this and I think I want to do other creative things, just for a little while.”

Adele‘s final performance in Vegas will take place in late November, two years after her residency first kicked off. She’s also set to perform a string of shows next month in Munich, Germany.

Adele‘s last album, 30, was released in 2021.
