Police investigating Schenectady stabbing

When officers arrived, the victim was conscious and taken to Albany Medical Center for treatment. At this time, no arrests have been made.

SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Schenectady Police are investigating after a 48-year-old man was stabbed in the upper chest around 8:44 a.m. Tuesday. Police say the incident took place near State Street and Broadway following an altercation.
