Report: WR Brandon Aiyuk requests trade from 49ers

Wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk officially requested a trade from the San Francisco 49ers after failing to come to terms on a contract extension, NFL Network reported Tuesday.

The report comes one week before the 49ers open training camp. Aiyuk did not participate in the team's offseason program and skipped mandatory minicamp.
