“I’m not gonna bulls**t y’all, I was drunk last night,” she wrote in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

Ingrid, 32, also admitted that she would be checking herself into a rehabilitation facility to receive help.

“That was not me last night,” she added.

“I apologize to MLB, all the fans, and this country that I love so much for that rendition.”

The Wishful Drinking singer also said she’d let followers know “how rehab is,” joking that she hears “it’s super fun.”

GENUINE ENOUGH?

Ingrid’s post garnered mixed reactions, with some showing support after she addressed the performance.

“You’ve owned it, now you’re taking responsibility. Here’s to overcoming!” one person said.

“I’m sending you love, Ingrid. Being this open takes a lot. You’ve got this. Hang in there,” a second added.

Others continued to slam the Feel Like This hitmaker for her choice of words.

“Saying rehab is super fun is ridiculous. Sounds like you are making a joke about something that is very serious for others,” someone wrote.

“Seems like a weird way to pass it off, and try to receive some sort of fake validation, the joke at the end loses all sense of credibility for the previous statements,” another person commented.

ONE FOR THE BOOKS

Ingrid, a country singer from Southfield, Michigan, sang at Globe Life Field on Monday before the 2024 T-Mobile Home Run Derby in Arlington, Texas.

From the beginning, her voice seemed out of tune and cracked as she attempted to hit the song’s high notes.

After her off-key performance, Ingrid received immediate backlash from those who thought she “rivaled Fergie” in singing the worst rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner.

Former Black Eyed Peas member Fergie was similarly slammed for her “jazzy” rendition of the national anthem at the 2018 NBA All-Star Game.

“My ears are bleeding,” one person wrote on X after seeing Ingrid’s performance.

“The worst National Anthem I’ve ever heard,” said a second, while a third said they were “embarrassed for her.”

“Ingrid andress giving fergie a run for worst national anthem ever performed,” a fourth wrote.

“They just be nominating anyone for Grammys huh,” someone else tweeted.

Ingrid was previously nominated for a Best New Artist Grammy Award in 2021.

Throughout her career, she has released two studio albums: Lady Like in 2020 and Good Person in 2022.
