Ex-HC judge recuses self from KCR probe after SC rap

Ex-Patna Chief Justice L Narasimha Reddy resigned from the Telangana-set Commission of Inquiry on KCR’s alleged power sector irregularities. He informed the Supreme Court after CJI Chandrachud's bench said his June 15 remarks seemed biased. KCR accused Reddy of bias. After lunch recess, Reddy's counsel confirmed his resignation. Telangana will appoint a new judge.
