He is set to go head-to-head with the reality star in a bitter High Court battle.
Walker was seen at arriving at the court this morning – just days after the Three Lions lost 2-1 to Spain in the Euros final.
Walker flew home with the rest of the Three Lions squad yesterday following the crushing defeat.
But he was forced to remain in London last night ahead of today’s fight with his ex.
Lauryn had shared Kairo’s heartbreaking reaction to England’s loss – revealing the youngster was desperate to call his dad.
He could be heard saying he “didn’t like this” as the mum told him that England had lost.
Kairo responded: “I don’t want them to win, I don’t want Spain to have won. That’s not kind… can’t I call my dad?”
Celebs Go Dating star Lauryn then responded: “Oh bub” and captioned the video: “Little man is gutted.”
Lauryn had earlier jetted out to Germany earlier in the tournament with the youngster to watch the action live.
His devastated wife, Annie, 31, was also in the stadium with their three boys.
Lauryn later insisted: “There was no way I wasn’t going to take Kairo to the Euros.
“This could have been his last chance so I wanted it to be something that Kairo could remember forever.
“We are not here to please other people. It’s about Kairo and what is best for him and what is going to make him happy.
“I won’t be scapegoated or bullied and made to feel like a villain.”
And she insisted she had not even given a chance meeting with Annie a second thought.
She added: “I wasn’t fearful at all that I was going to bump into her.
“It doesn’t cross my mind, I don’t give it a thought at all.
“I couldn’t care less. I just get on with things.
“I was there for Kairo, no one else, and if anyone has an issue with it, that’s their problem, not mine.”
The wags rallied around Annie who is said to be increasingly concerned at the lengths Lauryn is willing to go.
In stark contrast to Lauryn, Annie has kept a dignified silence since Kyle’s latest betrayal was revealed at the start of the year.
She discovered he had fathered a second child after Lauryn contacted her over Christmas.
Kyle was kicked out of the family home and has tried to repair the damage ever since.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun, Kyle spoke of his sorrow and described Annie as his “soulmate”.
But Annie remains determined not to get into a public war of words with Lauryn and wants to focus on her family, a source said.
