The outages span across Schenectady, Fulton, Montgomery, Warren and Albany Counties.

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Thousands of people are without power throughout the Capital Region, according to National Grid’s outage map. The outages span across Schenectady, Fulton, Montgomery, Warren and Albany Counties.
