SAINSBURY’S shoppers have been left celebrating after finding out beloved baby food is scanning for only 13p a pot at tills.
Stores across the UK are offering the ridiculous deal that could see customers save a whopping 80 per cent on snacks for their little ones.
Sainsbury’s Little Ones organic puree pots are selling for just 50p for a pack of four in variety of flavours.
Pear, apple and strawberry plus the apple, banana and blueberry versions are included in the deal.
The multi-pack usually costs £2.50 – making them a steal at just over 13p per packet as part of the offer.
They are ideal for youngsters looking for a quick treat and are known as deliciously smooth.
Amazed mothers rushed to social media to share the bargain find.
One told her pal: “Need a trip to Sainsbury’s.”
As a second said: “50p each, we need some.”
A third simply rejoiced over the deal by saying: “Ooooooo.”
The supermarket also sells the packets individually in a range of flavours from sweet, fruity treats to more savoury options.
Tesco‘s alternative puree pouch option comes in at 50p per packet.
